• What do you feel you could offer to the team?
  I can bring my skills to the team such as leadership, confidence and confidentiality as I know it’s very important as a moderator to be confident in what you’re saying, I take pride in my leadership when dealing with people who may not know how to play PoliceMP who have never played on the server before where I am able to give a clear and concise direction to new and existing members of the community. I have previously been an owner in a Very big PS4, Xbox and FiveM facility where I was leading a server with over 7,000 members, I have dealt with a variety of issues and been able to resolve all issues that are beneficial to the server and the community at the same time. From the feedback I have been given by others in my past server and also PoliceMP, I am a very approachable person in all faced situations, I am confident when relaying feedback to pears while staying positive however, when needed I am able to adapt to being stern while giving authority to ensure people are following rules and regulations. I hold skills such as working under pressure and timed conditions while still performing to the highest standard, I work well in a team or on my own. I have been roleplaying for over 2 years and able to adapt myself to the audience I am dealing with. I am also a person who can be able to get down onto people’s mental levels and be able to calm them down and be able to solve their issue within just a few words, as I have a full understanding that people may also have hidden disabilities.
• PoliceMP requires staff to follow a strict list of guidelines for staff, do you feel you could do this?
  I will be able to follow our strict list of rules and regulations to all staff at all levels and divisions to ensure that safety is paramount for our community. I know how to behave and what is expected of me as a staff member and someone being the face of PoliceMP to set an example and give new/existing players a good impression however, at the same time being understandable that new cadets may not fully know our rules and regulations so I am able to adapt my audience to those who may not be familiar with our rules – but I will be swift enough to direct them to view the rules on our forum channel and achieve this at the highest level to ensure that everyone has a good experience on our server. I am also someone who doesn’t let power go to my head so I am able to stay cool, calm and collective, and more importantly not act like a robot when giving constructive feedback to people. I always feel that an educational chat is more productive than giving out a ban and / or recorded warning, unless this happens on more than one occasion. I also have a fun side where I can interact with all players on all levels where I am an approachable person to help and guide people. I also come with experience from other servers where I have dealt with difficult situations – meaning I am confident when dealing with situations on my own and able to think outside the box to either resolve or escalate incidences.
• In detail, describe your personality to us. Tell us about yourself!
  Well.... I’m Jamie, a 15-year-old, school boy located from just outside of London. Since being 10 years old I have taken to be interested in being a police officer to help the vulnerable, detain and arrest suspects and make a difference to the community, all while keeping the public safe. I am currently a Police Cadet and this one of the first steps I have taken head in the direction to chase my dream job in the police force. I started roleplaying on servers since I was 12 where I bonded a friendship with Matt Swain from our community and been able to share our skills and experiences with each other from roleplaying. I have a strong passion for role-playing as it’s preparing me for my future and that is one of the main reasons why I have joined this server because it’s a realistic UK based server of what I love and enjoy doing, which is policing. I feel if I was to get a moderator role, this will help me expand on further skills and experience, as for my dedication to this server is growing fast where I see myself sticking with this community because I have learnt so much over the past few week of joining where everyone is so warm and welcoming to help and support me, and its only fair that I can help and support others by pushing myself to progress within this community and be a role model for others.
