At 01:30 on 02/02/2025, police were made aware of a scheduled charity fun run set to take place at 205 Legion Square. The event was attended with constables from the MET Police who were present to ensure public safety, while paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and firefighters from the London Fire Brigade remained on standby to provide assistance if required.

The event started smooth however, after several laps, tensions unexpectedly escalated when a physical altercation broke out between two members of the public, both dressed in astronaut costumes. Police responded swiftly and efficiently, de escalating the situation before it could spiral further. Thanks to their rapid intervention, only minor injuries were reported, requiring little to no medical attention from the London Ambulance Service.
