Intel of Firearms Being Stored at a House

Today, armed police were called in to assist with a car crash that occurred just before midnight on 18/02/2025. The initial response came from the RTPC (Road Traffic Policing Command), who requested support from the armed officers after a routine search of the vehicle driven by a disqualified driver revealed suspicious items. Upon further inspection, officers discovered multiple gun cases within the vehicle, which were typically used to store handguns and sniper rifles. In addition to the firearms cases, several mobile phones were also found in the car, suggesting that these weapons were being transported through London as part of a wider illegal arms deal.
Sadly, the car crash resulted in the death of one member of the public, despite the quick response from the local ambulance service and the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), which landed nearby to provide critical medical assistance. Despite their best efforts, the victim could not be saved.
Following the crash, armed police questioned the two males. One of the individuals was found to be in possession of a fake firearms licence for a handgun, believed to be a Glock 19, further raising suspicions about the illegal nature of the firearms operation.
Both males were taken into custody for questioning, and further investigation by CID (Criminal Investigation Department) led officers to trace their addresses. Through the night, two separate raids were carried out at these locations. These raids were overseen by a Firearms Sergeant and an Acting CID Sergeant, ensuring that all procedures were followed during the operation.
As of now, authorities have not disclosed what was found during the raids, though further investigations are ongoing. Importantly, no additional arrests have been made at this stage, but police are continuing to piece together the evidence and assess the full extent of the criminal activity involved. This incident highlights the growing concerns about illegal firearms trafficking in the area and the dangerous individuals involved. Local residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities. Police are continuing to investigate the case and are working to disrupt illegal arms networks operating in London. The investigation is ongoing, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
