At 21:44 on Friday 20th October, the Control Room was alerted to a train colliding with a bus at the Power Station at 727. The Force Incident Manager along with the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade was dispatched and upon arrival declared the scene a Major Incident.

LFB utilised their drones to help locate for any potential victims of this incident and almost straight away several persons could be seen. HART were mobilized on this receiving this information and arrived shortly after. London's HEMS were also dispatched via Helimed and arrived on scene to transport the most severely injured patients to hospital.
