Major Incident, Oppidans Road

A METHANE major incident was declared at 23:02 by Officer 4968 DC Max following the discovery of six homicide victims at Postal 1019, Oppidans Road. A scene log was commenced at 22:50, initiated by MS4 Hunter prior to CID arrival. CID units SO10 Max and SO11 Touchy (Forensics) attended shortly after.
The declaration was made due to the severity of the incident, the presence of multiple deceased persons linked to missing persons records, and an unknown dangerous suspect believed to be at large, creating significant ongoing risk to the public.
Initial forensic assessment located weapons, bodily evidence, and saliva samples within the premises. Rapid DNA testing identified the saliva as belonging to one of the victims, who had rented the property. No additional suspect description is available at this stage.
A mobile phone belonging to one of the victims was pinged and forwarded to CDIU for intelligence development. This indicated potential activity linked to Postal 133, prompting deployment of officers CW1, BX1 Hunter, OC70 Baggy, and OC10 SOGAMER. SO11 remained at the primary scene, and SO10 redeployed to Postal 133 at 23:17.
Upon officers reaching Postal 133, a white Audi was observed leaving the area in a suspicious manner. RPU (OL24 TAM) stopped the vehicle at Postal 206. The driver, identifying himself as Harrison Peter, became hostile, refused to provide details, and subsequently drove off, clipping officers on scene. No LAS requirement at this time. Self authorised tactics were approved at 23:26 due to the risk posed by the male’s driving.
A temporary loss occurred at 23:27, followed by the formal commencement of a pursuit at 23:30. The pursuit concluded at 23:56, and the male was detained upon arrival at the airport terminal at 23:59.
The male was arrested for the following offences,
- Murder x6, upgraded from suspicion of murder based on forensic evidence
- Breach of airport terminal unlawfully, Terrorism Act 2000
- Assault PC x2
- Criminal damage to police vehicles
A further arrest was made for an additional murder after a deceased female was located in the footwell of the vehicle.
Taser deployment was required for final detention, during which the suspect sustained further injury. Units operating airside included BX10 Tango, BX1 Hunter, additional OC units not recorded, and HART HA2.
The investigation was formally closed at 00:02 on 14/11/2025.
