You can take advantage of all vehicles or uniforms which do not have divisional restrictions eg (AFO ONLY). Any division-specific vehicles or uniforms can only be used by users who are part of the particular division.

Can I get a refund?

Will I get access to the physical vehicle models?

No, this is a DLC which will give you access to vehicles on your server. You will NOT get a copy of any vehicle models by purchasing this DLC.
